The Alaska Native Science and Engineering Program, or ANSEP, is a successful program who's goal is to recruit and retain Alaska Native students into engineering and science degree programs, and help them attain leadership roles in the profession.

ANSEP is a comprehensive suite of Pre-College and University Success programs aimed at creating empowerment and excitement around careers in engineering and science, including organized study groups, peer and professional mentoring, and organized group social activities.

The suite of programs include:
